The husband is out of town right now. That means that the girls are in danger of having some small part of their lives go undocumented. I would hate for them to be the only ones in their graduating class not to have every single event, no matter how insignificant, be fully recorded for posterity [...] It’s a Monday, which by definition means that I am already behind in what I need to get done for the week. This week’s to-do list includes phrases like “Kindergarten applications”, “rotate tires, “call electrician” and, shudder, “tax prep”. And there are two doctor’s appointments, one for me and one for the girls, thrown in [...] I think that I should absolutely knit the Corgis one or two of these (scroll down for Corgi content). You know, in my free time. What do you think? I love my mailman. He’s a really nice guy, he has cookies for the Corgis and, best of all, he brought me this today: Isn’t it lovely?
