Yogurt

I’m making yogurt today. After messing up the first batch (don’t ask) the second came out looking wonderful. Right now I’m just waiting for it to set. I even took pictures.

Or at least I think I did. You see, I can’t find my lovely point-and-shoot camera so I borrowed DH’s , wonderful, insanely complicated one. (thanks, honey!) Now I have only one wee little problem; I can’t get the frakin’ memory card out of the camera. So until I can sweet talk it into handing over the evidence, (I’m considering using a can opener…) you’re just going to have to believe me when I tell you that there is a quart jar filled to the brim with delicious yogurt waiting in my kitchen.
