		<description>We forgot to give you our cure-all for jetlag: Stay awake from the time you wake up at home (or, in your case, Chicago) until bedtime the next night you're on vacation.  In our case, from 7AM on a Wednesday CA time until 8PM on a Thursday, DE time.  Something about the denial of sleep resets the clocks.  Worked on the way back, too, for all three of us.</description>
