Sarah Irmgard is living up to her name. This morning I turned my back on the Cupcakes for a second - it was only a second, I swear - when suddenly I heard DH say: ‘Sarah’s in your jewelery. She’s wearing your wedding rings.’. The moment she was out of my sight she went straight for the diamonds.

I am woefully short of clever ideas, inspiration or even mundane daily events to write about. So, following the lead of chicago mama, American Family, Mrs. Figby and many other bloggers who are wiser than I, I am opening the floor to your questions.
As you all probably know by now, DH and I took the Cupcakes to California to visit my family and to attempt a return trip to Disneyland.
I’m pretty beat from the travel and the unaccustomed amount of walking, so I am going to exercise my privilege as Queen of This Blog and resort to the time-honored practice of substituting cute kids photos for actual content.
The Cupcakes were none too excited about Disneyland, especially the morning of the first day. They did agree to sit in front of the Chip N Dale Treehouse for a brief photo op. Then it was right back into the stroller, thank you very much.
They did like the ducks they found near Mark Twain’s Riverboat. I’m sure that they were special, Disney ducks.
But their clear favorite for the day was practicing their Irish dance moves (learned from the Wiggles videos) to the sound of Dixieland jazz.
